This policy explains how A5 Meat processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. What we process
Name, surname, e-mail, phone, delivery address and order details.
Payment data (card number) is processed by Stripe; we neither see nor store it.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Order fulfilment and delivery – performance of a contract. Accounting and taxes – legal obligation. E-mail newsletter – your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared with the payment provider (Stripe), delivery partners and IT/hosting providers, only to the extent needed to provide the service. Data is processed within the EU/EEA.
5. Retention
We keep order and accounting data for the period required by law (accounting records up to 5 years). Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
