Returns & withdrawal

Fresh, chilled meat is subject to special rules because it is perishable food.
1. Right of withdrawal
Under the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, delivered food cannot be returned.
2. Quality guarantee
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not matching your order, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund its value.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the claim being confirmed. Send claims to info@a5meat.lv.
4. Cancelling an order
An order can be cancelled free of charge while it has not yet entered preparation. Please contact us as soon as possible.
