Shipping terms

These terms describe how orders are delivered.
1. Delivery area
We deliver across Rīga and its regions, split into zones A, B and C. For other locations, contact us individually.
2. Fees and timing
The delivery fee depends on the zone and is shown in the “Delivery” section and at checkout. Orders over €150 ship free.
Delivery is usually next day; we confirm the exact time by phone.
3. Storing the goods
Meat is delivered gently chilled. On receipt, place it in the fridge or freezer immediately.
4. Failed delivery
If delivery fails because the Buyer is absent or the address is wrong, a repeat delivery may incur an additional fee.
